Tiling inFloreat.

Floreat's generous blocks and solid family homes are made for renovation — and that's exactly what fills our schedule here. Kitchen extensions opening to the garden, family bathrooms that cope with the morning rush, and pools that deserve a proper upgrade.

Family homes need finishes that are beautiful and genuinely durable: porcelain floors that shrug off kids and pets, wet areas waterproofed properly to AS 3740, and outdoor areas safe under wet feet. We specify for real life, then finish it to a standard that still impresses the guests.
